On Monday, June 1st, three friends will launch a brand new morning show on the legendary WFLZ (93.3 FLZ)/Tampa, replacing “The Kane Show.” Joe Carballo, Ashley Nics and Jed Shilling will all transfer within the iHeartMedia family from WKQI (Channel 95.5) in Detroit, and will go from being co-workers to co-hosts.

In addition to being the Talent on “THEjoeSHOW” heard during afternoon drive on Channel 95.5, Detroit native Joe Carballo is also the Assistant Program Director/Music Director for the station. He recently shared his excitement on Instagram.

Ashley Nics has a big role at Channel 95.5 as a “Mojo In The Mornings” cast member and Midday Talent. She shared the good news about her new gig by saying, “See you soon Tampa!!” And her morning show colleagues showed their support on social media.

As you may or may not know, myself, Joe, and Ashley have decided to take the leap to host mornings on @933flz in Tampa Florida. This has been a lifelong dream of ours to host mornings. Being able to do it with two of my best friends is something I’ve been looking forward for a while but now we get to make it reality.
