Sixty percent of the personalities who made the list returned from the previous month: Ben Shapiro, JoJo Wright, Clay Travis, Dave Ramsey, Mario Lopez and Glenn Beck. And the others (Steve Harvey, Willie Moore Jr., Quicksilva and Joe “Pags” Pagliarulo) have ranked on the tally in the past.
