In July of 2014, Ebony Steele‘s eight-year run as the co-host of “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show” came to an end. In addition, she was removed as a case member on Fox’s nationally syndicated “Dish Nation” since she was no longer a part of the radio show.
After being a part of two national vehicles on two different mediums, landing another awesome gig seemed like it wouldn’t be difficult. Offers have come over the last year, but nothing that was the right fit.
Ebony has kept busy by launching a website, making appearances, and attending various events. Yet there’s still been no news on what next opportunity…until now.
Congratulations are definitely now in order for Ebony Steele. After shooting a successful pilot with CNN International & CNN Espanol’s Sasha Rionda, Ebony is now the co-host of “Coffee with America,” a new Atlanta-based national talk show that’s set to cover news, lifestyle, health, celebrities, consumer and entertainment.
“Coffee with America” will air on ION Television, which has a current reach of 260 million Americans in 100 million U.S. households. The premiere date for the new show has not been announced, but warm congrats to Ebony on her new gig!
