As the daughter of the legendary producer and composer Quincy Jones, Rashida Jones grew up around music and some of the best artists of our time. Instead of pursuing a career as an artist, she has been acting and is very respected for her comedic talent.
Rashida recently returned to her musical roots by releasing her cool but uptempo “Flip And Rewind,” and while she is established as an actress, this song makes us take her seriously as an artist. She was smart enough not to try to get into Rihanna or Beyonce’s lane, and didn’t release a song that would only appeal to an older demographic.
