Most stations don’t experience quick turnover with full-time on-air personalities, so the introduction of a new talent should treated like an event, not just another shift. I stumbled upon this video of WHUR/Washington, DC welcoming Frank Ski with a well-produced video.

The clip is informative for those unfamiliar with Frank Ski, and the messaging really reacquainted him with DC natives who listened to him during his first run in the market.

Watch the video, and hopefully it inspires others to extend the intros of new talent to digital platforms.
