BET Exec Posts Clever And Classy Clap Back [PHOTO]

As the Executive Vice President, Head of Original Programming of BET, Stephen Hill is a very big deal. And when Stacey Dash made controversial comments about the network he programs, the former radio-turned-television exec headed to Instagram instead of the P.R. department to respond to the controversial Fox News Contributor.
