Many people believe radio has seen its best years because of the shrinking dollars from advertisers and its inability to attract enough millennials to prevent listenership from declining. But The Talent Report believes radio can grow and even thrive if some things are done differently.

Programmers and music executives have cited the lack of talent as a major concern for broadcasters and record labels. The talent is there, but with both the radio and record industries being stretched thinner than ever, who has time to actually discover talent to keep both in business.
